What kind of damage do Shifters do?

Oi Firewall armor. It works well especially MK III has Electric Protection 40.00/40.00 and Stab Protection 20.00/20.00. Marxus Legends twin peaks mall shop floor 2 #1 L. one of his shopkeepers has full sets.

So they do Electric and Stab? Any idea as to the amounts? Are there any websites that actually list Shifters?

I don't think so - but they are doable - I did them with Mayhem+stab plates  Just get electric plates and you should be good !
